Madara’s Rinnegan was especially powerful because he was the first person to awaken it in centuries, and he had a deep understanding of its powers. One of the basic powers of Rinnegan is that its user see shinobi chakra’s natures and their abilities.

- Tengai Shinsei: Tengai Shinsei allowed the to user summon a giant meteor from space, Madara used this jutsu on shinobi force at the 4th Great Ninja War.
